The Challenge:

Customer is developing set of embedded products, including IP Residential gateways with Ethernet/ADSL/Fiber wideband access support, built-in Ethernet switch, WLAN, NAT-functions, VoIP-FXS, FXO functions, ISDN-ports, SIP protocols support, H.323, T.38, built-in voice mail server. Customer’s software was developed for years and was not maintainable. Our purpose is to re-design it and to port it to multiple customer’s platforms and product. Also we have a task to enhance a functionality of software and add support for IMS networks.
 


The Solution:

We have re-designed and re-factored existing software for SIP protocol support, as well as related functionality. We have also enhanced functionality of the existing application, as well as took part in creating set of functionality demos for customer. The system description and realized features and other details are under NDA.

We took part in architecture development of the system, creating of the documents, SW development and writing of automatic tests.

During this project we used standards of such organizations as IETF, HGI, DLNA, TISPAN.
